Dorai Home
Dorai Home creates thoughtfully designed bathroom and kitchen products that prevent mold by eliminating moisture from diatomaceous earth. As the graphic designer on the Creative & Marketing team, I am responsible for designing for our various digital channels (email, paid ads, website, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon). Projects include overhauling Amazon Storefront, creating promotional assets for product launches and sales, updating the Gorgias support center, and more. On top of designing for our digital channels, I also contribute to refining design systems and processes across our team. I provide support with on-site photoshoot assistance, package design, and website QA. Our effort to maintain brand consistency resulted in doubled ROAS in email and social channels.

Website
I worked closely with our Creative Director to design graphics and listings to build our PDP pages. I also assist with updating PDP listings, navigation bar photos. Whenever our site is flipped to a sale or launch, I provide website quality assurance to check for bugs and ensuring product pricing and copy are properly updated.
Email Channel
As the designer responsible for our email channel, I design emails for product launches, sales campaigns, and educational content. Our emails had an average of 60% open-click rate after we revamped our flows and design system of process + implementation.
Amazon Storefront
The first project I worked on at Dorai was overhauling the Amazon Storefront. We redid the creatives for Product Carousel Images and A+ Premium Content. Working closely with our CBO, Creative Director, and several agencies, we updated our Amazon Store with new evergreen and holiday creatives. As the designer responsible for our Amazon channel, I work with our agency partners to configure appropriate design solutions for product listings while following Amazon Seller Central guidelines. We are working on version 2.0 of our Carousel and A+ Content for 2025.
Social Media
I curate cover photos for organic posts and reels alongside our Social Media Manager. I also design carousel graphics for our Instagram, including educational graphics, giveaways, and more.
